Program Overview
The IbomMarket Affiliate Program ("Program") allows approved participants ("Affiliates" or "Marketers") to earn commissions by referring new users and businesses to our platform. By participating in this Program, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility Requirements
To become an IbomMarket Affiliate, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid IbomMarket account in good standing
- Provide accurate personal and payment information
- Agree to these Affiliate Terms
- Not have been previously banned or terminated from the Program
- Be a resident of Nigeria (currently Akwa Ibom State preferred)
We reserve the right to approve or reject affiliate applications at our discretion.
How It Works
Share Your Link
Get your unique referral link and share it with potential users
They Sign Up
New users register through your link and get attributed to you
Earn Commission
Get paid when your referrals take qualifying actions
Commission Structure

Payment Terms
Minimum Withdrawal
You must have at least ₦5,000 in approved commissions to request a withdrawal.
Payment Schedule
Withdrawals are processed within 3-7 business days. Payments are made via bank transfer to Nigerian bank accounts.
Commission Hold Period
Commissions are held for 30 days after the qualifying action to account for refunds, cancellations, or fraud. After the hold period, commissions become available for withdrawal.
Taxes
You are responsible for all taxes on your affiliate earnings. We may request tax documentation as required by Nigerian law.
Promotional Guidelines
Approved Methods
- Personal recommendations to friends, family, and contacts
- Social media posts on your own accounts
- Blog posts and content marketing
- WhatsApp groups and personal messaging
- In-person promotion at markets, events, etc.
- YouTube videos and educational content
Prohibited Activities
- ❌ Spam emails or unsolicited bulk messaging
- ❌ False or misleading claims about IbomMarket
- ❌ Creating fake accounts to earn referral bonuses
- ❌ Using paid ads that violate platform policies
- ❌ Offering cash incentives directly from your commissions to sign up
- ❌ Impersonating IbomMarket employees
- ❌ Bidding on IbomMarket brand keywords in ads
- ❌ Any deceptive or fraudulent promotion
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account for:
- Violation of these terms
- Fraudulent activity or self-referrals
- Generating fake or low-quality signups
- Damaging IbomMarket's reputation
- Inactivity for 6+ months
- At our discretion with 30 days notice
Upon termination, unpaid commissions above the minimum threshold will still be paid if they were legitimately earned.
